Mayor contribution input bugged

I put a little ober 1600S in and it said I had put 306.
then put another 300 in and it went to the above amount.

I've put in what i hope is a fix for that... haven't been able to test at all so it may go wrong.

Raffeh said his bribe box was grayed and wouldn't let him set it. Said he put in 1700+ and it went straight negative.
I imagine you never planned too have so much put in for contribution lol.
