[Fixed] multi-account restricitons

have they been tightened down further at this point? Zero seems to cannot work anywhere at all, because his wife is ToxicSmurf and uses the same computer to play.

ah, hadnt meant to turn that on yet (until theres ways to mod around it). its back off for now.
