Tenant kicked after sale

I bought a house which was rented out,
he was kicked out the sedond i got it...or at least, i cant find that it's rented out.
I would have liked to keep him in, i twas meant to be an investment.
Also it, contains 20 RC and 1 Tea., Tennant "Bullet" probably owned that.
I'll put itup for rent again.
