Bug: Stays in rented house after running out of cash

If you run out of cash when a home is rented, you won't get kicked out of the home. Although you can't enter it again once you leave it, nor can you use the building when out of cash but inside it

That's deliberate... Lets call it squatter's rights.
Didn't seem fair to kick someone out (and potentially affect their lifespan) immediately, and if they're going to carry on playing they've got to leave the house eventually. That seem fair to you?

Although a little warning would be nice, could be for a future less-important request where it says on logon or in building menu that you couldn't pay for rent so if you get out of house you can't get back in unless you pay the rent again
