Model Converter bugs and/or Reworks

Here's a list of some stuff i found that needed some work on:

Bug: Can't select "View LOD" at the bottom of the 3D view when having added LOD model(s)

LOD Settings: Can't set Low detail model distance (m)

Feature request: Would be nice to be able to edit the LOD models without interfering with the original High LOD model. Specifically focusing on the "Convert Y-up to Z-up" function and also the scaling of the model(s)

Question: What is the current Land scale? atm. my settings is set to: Landscape: 115m - Model scaling: 150m high while in my modelling editor i model after realistic heights and sizes.

View LOD dropdown fixed in conv 2.29.

There's no setting for Low detail distance, HIgh LOD is shown up to the high lod distance, medium LOD shown up to the medium distance, and the low LOD is shown for anything beyond that.

Getting the tools to work on the LODs separately would be a bit fiddly.. i'll make a note but meantime you need to build and orient the models separately before combining.

Land scale setting on the scale dialog is probably not relevant anymore.. will need to look at removing that. The game is now 1.0 = 1m which is the general convention among modelling programs I believe. (Make sure you've got that option set in the conv's Rendering -> Menu Options -> Scale Mode otherwise things might look a bit weird).

Feature request for the Model Converter:
An additional Sub-Model "Construction Site" would be neat, to make a unique construction site for all buildings, instead of the same one for all buildings no matter how big or small a building becomes after construction :)
