Cost for grapes as any crop 2.2d per item, farm has to sell for 3d to be profitable.
Brewery should set price at 4d to allow players to run for 1d profit, that can't be done.

25 grapes make 1 wine, would be 1s...so export price of 1s6d seems fair.
but it doesn't account for the 22d wage (24d, 2d x-tra, Bcus it's temp job) for baker per 1 wine.

Only way to make money from exporting wine,
is for the brewery to cut out the middle man, and buy grapes at 3d,
that's 75d in grapes + 24d in wages + some fuell cost for transporting them grapes = 99d-1S Cost

40 Wine from a 1000 grape harvest x (6d profit - 3d fuell =) 3d = 1s20d brewery-profit from a medium grape-harvest.

It works, but if anyone wants to buy a brewey, let me know ;-)

my bad.. i didnt include wage in my calc. I've lowered the production rate so its now 20 grapes per wine which makes the export price more reasonable.
