[Fixed] sugestion in how prices are "called"

Where prices are set in 1S11d
can all prices be set in that manner so
1S would be 1S00d,
but 1d would be 0S01d.

We have ways to deal with the likes of Baston, but an overall solution and prevention would be better in the long term.

next client will add 0d to short money strings, if the value is less than 100s.. so it'll be :
9s0d instead of 9s
9d remains 9d
200s remains 200s
