Public sector vs government lumber yard

The shift of balance between these 2 buildings feel off. Gov wood sells for quite a bit less than what the private sector ones can make it for, requiring 8 timber for 2 wood, the only way to actually make any profit competing with the price of the gov one is counting the timber spot and the lumberyard together and calculating between the two (1d per timber when you own the timber spot, buy your own, sell it to your own lumberyard, which is ultimately no different than just adding your own inventory, just requires a couple extra clicks to get it done).

Looks like the government sawmill got changed to buy timber at 2d instead of 3d now, meaning players will prefer to sell to player-built sawmills. It also sells wood at 12d now.
