[Fixed] Skill learning is broken

I forgot Stonemason and chose to start learning Farmer, but instead it's teaching me Upgrade Required.


Possibly related is that the skill descriptions are broken starting with Baker:

Something very unpleasant happened to the server there.. (It crashed not long after).
On restart, everything seems ok again - although it didn't get time to save anything before crashing so its rolled back a few minutes.
so, mm.. very curious. :/

Unfortunately I'm still learning 'Upgrade Required'. Can this be changed to Farmer?
