Poker table fixes and improvements

Please feel free to add to this list:

- Needs ante
- BB, SB and ante should rise over time
- needs graphics for chip piles
- needs graphical effect for when pot is claimed ; pile of chips should transfer to player(s) who won
- needs text log listing last recent plays (e.g. X folded, Y raised..)
- initial buy-in should be configurable by game initiator
- sound effects
- reward particle/ui effects

and relatedly:

- list of people in bar isn't always correct
- need better way of separating bar and public chat so that the conversation about the game can be kept inside the bar
