[fixed] bug engineering skill

The Enineer skill alows me nothing, it has no menu.
It is my 4th skill though, that might be a bug too.

The steel worker skill got me the option to build the workshop, but upon selecting to build the building, it said i need engineering to build it.
I figured maybe it was a building that needed 2 skills to build/work.

I dropped a skill, so i have 3,
i can't learn a 4th at regular school,
but i can learn at the academy.

well i'm about to drop all my skills
and go back to plank mode playstyle.

Also another note on this all skills at the academy can be learned at the same time

Learnt : Steel Worker (Ab1), Miller (Ab1), Engineer (Ab1), Mechanic (Ab1), Auto Manufacturer (Ab1), Aircraft Manufacturer (Ab1), Chemist (Ab1), Scientist (Ab1),

but cant learn the third skill from the school (says i have too many)

engineering and the other university/academy skills should now be fixed. limits on the acquisition of skills from the university should be enforced.
Apologies to those affected, but to correct the accounts with extra skills i have removed all skills beyond the first 3 learnt for everyone currently active in the game.
